Yes. CAB describes standard consumer membership as free. If that ever changes, CAB will announce it clearly in advance.
Choose the segment closest to your everyday life — Corporate Professionals, Women's Lifestyle & Home, Men's Essentials & Auto, Kids & Early Learning, Students, Gen Z Trendsetters or Senior Citizens Wellness. You can update your interests later.
You'll have one membership. Whether it can carry several card segments at once is being finalised by CAB and will be explained at launch.
Merchants submit business details and documents, which CAB reviews before listing them. Listings are rechecked periodically. "CAB verified" is CAB's own review, not a government certification.
Points are recorded on a ledger when you complete qualifying activity, such as redeeming eligible offers or attending events. They may show as pending, earned, reversed or expired, and caps apply. Points aren't cash; how they can be used will be announced by CAB.
Choose "Become a Merchant", share your business details, branches and documents, and CAB's team will review your application. Plan options and pricing are confirmed by CAB.
Your details are used to run your membership and show relevant offers. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time. Merchants don't receive your personal contact list. The final privacy policy will be published by CAB.
Members will be able to raise a complaint from their account, attach details and track it with a reference ID. CAB's team will follow up and may mediate with the merchant; outcomes can't be guaranteed.
